Please arrive from 1:00pm onwards. Guests will be seated at 1:45pm. Please arrive on time as the ceremony will start promptly at 2:00pm.

The venue is The Richmond, 6 Main Road, Kirkoswald, Ayrshire, KA19 8HY. There is limited parking on site so we strongly recommend arranging lifts or taxis where possible. This will make the day easier for everyone and helps keep the dance floor busy all night.

For guests travelling from further afield, Ayr has the best selection of hotels, B&Bs and Airbnbs. Public transport is limited so we suggest arranging lifts or pre-booking taxis from Ayr for the evening. Nearby hotel options include: Travelodge Ayr Premier Inn Ayr

We will be staying at The Fairfield House Hotel, Ayr, which is fully booked. A breakfast area will be reserved the following morning for wedding guests so feel free to join us for a relaxed hangover catch up.

There isn’t a strict theme, anything goes. We’re just planning around a mix of movies, disco and camp, so think fun, bold and a little bit extra if you want to join the vibe.

The dress code is camp, disco and summer floral. Wear something you can dance in and feel comfortable all day and night. There is no strict dress code and white is absolutely fine as there is no bride. Go with whatever makes you feel confident and ready for a good time.

Dietary requirements will be collected through your RSVP form. Please make sure to include any requirements when you respond.

Yes. A drink will be provided after the ceremony, and a drinks token will be given during the meal. The bar will be open throughout the day and evening with card payments accepted. Who goes to a wedding without a hidden flask anyway? We didn’t see a thing ;)

We kindly ask that no photos are taken during the ceremony. Disposable cameras will be available on the day for guests to use. After the ceremony, and especially once the disco ball drops, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. Please just hold off posting anything online until we’ve shared our official photos first. Official photos will be shared after the wedding.

This is an adults-only celebration. The only children attending will be immediate family.

If you have a plus one, this will be stated on your invitation either by name or as “Plus One”. When RSVPing, please include your plus one’s full name.

Your presence is the only gift we need. If you would like to give something, we are planning to travel around Europe and Asia after the wedding so contributions towards our travels would be greatly appreciated.
